rekordbox's 'Relocate All' tool doesn't give you a list of files on disk which haven't been imported into rekordbox yet.

That can be a chore if there are a lot of duplicates, but it is a much safer approach. rekordbox Repair will not attempt to repair this situation - instead you'll be told there were duplicates and be given a list of them, so you can deal with them manually.
