I'm sure this is related to our GPO but I thought with what we had configured it would still allow flexibility for the user to add in individual exclusions. It's not greyed out or anything but it just seems like we can't choose it. By default, the radio button next to "Continue blocking" is selected but we cannot seem to choose the other radio button to allow the pop-ups.
